2025 Camp Season, HURRY UP!!!

2025 Camp Season, HURRY UP!!!

Here we are in January and snow is starting to fall. Reservations are open and the excitement is building – regardless of what is presently out the window.

Leigha continues to take the reins with added responsibilities, allowing Grant and Mary to be the old people that they are. (With the plan to spend more time enjoying our world’s greatest campers). Contrary to social media misinformation, Toad Rock is a campground – not a bar. You can pick up your adult refreshments at the Balfour Superette, or BCLB outlets along your way. Food service is yet to be determined and if it is something you are needing for your group, we hope to be able to make those arrangements. In spite of  rising costs, we are committed to keeping the prices the same as last year. Just a reminder that we are only set up for cash or etransfers for payment.

Please send any requests for information to stay@toadrockcampground.com until we get phone service up and running in early spring.

About Your Hosts

Mary Laird has owned Toad Rock since 1974. The log house was built from trees on the property, and her sons were born and raised here. Grant Peterson rode his Harley out of the show room in 1977 and brings a wealth of knowledge from his years as a rider and his involvement in the restaurant and hotel business.
